Product Preparation 

     These are saved sketches of my book. Unfortunately, I didn't save any painted drafts.

     The process of making this book was a bit difficult because the only other time I made one was on printer paper and colored with color pencils. It was still a loved process, though.

     At first, the whole book was going to be sketched out, with some watercolor painted over, but I changed my mind and simply painted the whole book. The biggest reason I changed my mind was having to draw and redraw so many flowers, as well as their bodies and the clothing details I had added. After painting the protagonist, Peony, I decided to paint the whole book.
